Director Jobs description
A director is responsible for providing leadership to the business unit or department as assigned. Other responsibilities include providing vision and direction to the entire division; participating in resources allocation and change management; overseeing performance of subordinate managers; attracting best talent in the market; and acting as liaison between the top management and the operations level. Some organizations may refer to a similar position as a senior director, senior manager, or chief operations officer.A director should have a bachelor\'s degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience. He should be capable of taking strategic decisions.
