"To answer your question, I created it. After working at the IRS for about 8 years I left and started my own tax firm. I'm still helping individual and business taxpayers resolve their IRS matters, just on the other side of the table.

In my opinion, one of the best ways to reach the C Level position you always wanted is to go off on your own and start from the top."
