Key responsibilities also include providing creative and innovative insights, fostering the firm’s collaborative and cohesive work environment, reinforcing the firm’s community involvement, and upholding the firm’s values and mission.  The COO collaborates with the Managing Director and Management Committee to set objectives, measure performance, and promote best practices. Departments under the COO’s purview include: Accounting/Finance, Business Development, Compliance, Electronic Discovery, Facilities and Office Services, Human Resources, Information Technology and Security, and General Operations.
