Data is what underpins our advice to clients and our Canadian Health Solutions team is looking to take our strategy to the next level. If you are an outside the box thinker and are looking to craft a new way to review and provide insights into employee benefit plans, then this role is for you! What the day will look likeA typical day will involve a split of time developing out our employee benefits data and analytics capabilities and support the delivery and development of client analytics. Working with Canadian and Global leadership to develop out capabilities and build out the teams’ knowledge and expertise on data and insights from data. Working closely with our Chief Broking Officer and other business unit leaders to execute on our strategy in working with our supply chain partners and clients. Some other key responsibilities:Work with the Actuarial and Analytics team to address challenges and identify opportunities to improve service offerings;Collaborate with functional leaders to identify opportunities to innovate in the delivery of services, develop information and data capabilities;Through anticipating the future needs of Health Solutions and identifying balanced concepts, work with other innovation-focused colleagues on business process improvements;Support and lead the research of emerging tools, processes, practices and implement them as required;Develop relationships throughout Aon including cross function and globally to leverage capabilities of the broader organization.How this opportunity is differentAt Aon, we are looking to redefine how data is used to drive better decisions.
