Opportunity Overview What are we looking for? Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) licenses the rights to names, likenesses and logos for all of the intellectual properties in Warner Bros. Entertainment\u2019s vast portfolio. WBCP works with these licensees to create a wide variety of consumer products including apparel, toys, housewares and more, all branded with renowned Warner Bros. icons including, but not limited to, Harry Potter, DC Entertainment super heroes and Looney Tunes characters. We are currently searching for our next SVP, Global Fashion & Home who will develop and lead WB's brand growth across key brands in all channels of distribution by doing the following: Develop and implement a licensing strategy focusing on WB brands in all channels. Drive growth in key categories to maximize revenue. Identify untapped global licensing opportunities. Utilizing licensees to introduce WB brands to new retailers. Focus on the ongoing development of a global multi-tiered retail strategy. Collaborate with senior management within WB, as well as key corporations. More specific responsibilities include: Responsible for the development, management, and execution of the overall global strategy and coordination and collaboration with regional heads. Ensures global strategy is communicated and aligned to meet local needs. Responsible for driving the vision both strategically and creatively. Partners with functional groups (Franchise Management, Creative\/Product Development, Finance, and HR) to ensure alignment on global strategy and marketing plans. Responsible for identifying licensees and new business models to deepen brand and franchise opportunities across the marketplace. Works with key licensees and Retail Business Development to realize new opportunities and distribution channels in the marketplace. Evaluates competitive landscape for all Fashion, Home, and Infant categories by brand and age segmentation, while identifying gaps and opportunities to gain market share in all lines of business. Expands existing brands through WB's licensees by creating key retail initiatives and marketing support by partnering with the FMCG & Toy category leads to identify and execute opportunities in support of the global Apparel, Footwear, Newborn, Infant, Toddler and Home strategies. Develops relationships with senior leaders across the enterprise (ex: WBIE, Home Entertainment, Studio, etc.) to support WB\u2019s studio initiatives, as well as WBCP\u2019s initiatives and builds relationships with cross divisional senior management team as well as across the enterprise. Works with Sales & Retail Business Development to develop and maintain relationships with retailers in order to support licensees through retail promotions. Communicates and collaborates with Sales & RBD through monthly Sales & RBD meetings, as well as through ongoing discussions with buyers and licensees. Partnering with global Creative and Product Development, identifies new trends and produces innovation that will drive business opportunities, market share gain, and ensure alignment. Supports the efforts of Publicity & Communications and global Franchise Management & Marketing by aligning key licensees with these departments to help execute WB events, celebrity seeding and brand marketing initiatives. What we require from you: You should have at least 15 years of experience and a successful track record within the Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Infant, Toddler, and\/or Home categories. You have a progressive and successful executive leadership career within the category and within a large, multiple brand environment. You have attained a Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably related to the profession. You have a proven ability to manage a multi-category retail business. You are an effective leader with proven collaboration skills, equally adept at managing up to executive management and to a staff of ambitious professionals. The Warner Bros.
