Candidate with strong management skills to lead GBAM Business Continuity. Accountable for oversight of business recovery program planning, testing, governance, and response.
**Duties and responsibilities**
Work closely with GBAM lines of business to ensure effective controls and management routines are in place
Lead annual GBAM Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Recovery Planning (BRP) document updates
Global coordination of BIA updates, BRP plan approvals, and High Risk Process updates
Reviewing changes in monthly financial hierarchy and headcount reports and adjusting plans as required
Learning and mastering CPT, enterprise planning tool
Responsible for refinement of business continuity application portfolio
Management of GBAM Business Continuity Testing Program
Coordinate pre and post test activities in adherence of corporate testing standards. Activities include: LOB engagement, tester identification, tester readiness, site preparation, script creation, technology deployment, and exercise documentation
Testing Execution: Onsite support of WARC tests
Developing SharePoint based test scripts
Ownership of compliance with enterprise Executive Business Review Metrics
Working with the Enterprise Initiatives and Resiliency team, tracking and remediating any issues stemming from business continuity planning and testing
Collaborate with GBAM Compliance to ensure GBAM Business Continuity is in adherence with all required rules and regulations
GBAM representative to SIFMA Strategic and Tactical Committees
GBAM representative to Corporate Business Continuity Team’s strategic initiatives, tabletop exercises, and weekly meetings
Lead GBAM Business Continuity managing and responding to live events impacting business operations
Representing GBAM Business Continuity on Enterprise Response Calls
Identifying and tracking of business issues on enterprise response tool
GBAM Business Continuity representative on SIFMA Response calls
