Job Description
Join a dynamic, growing sales team in an innovative, game-changing organization. As VP Sales, Healthcare you will be joining a strong executive team in their mission to drive top line revenue growth. This is a remote position and travel is required. The VP Sales, Healthcare will work closely with the senior leadership team. This is a high profile strategic role in a fast-paced environment that will lead the end to end sales processes that result in profitable revenue from new healthcare contracts. Responsibilites:Develop a sales plan and execute business development strategies that result in high \win\ rates and penetrate existing and new markets for Alltrans suite of products and services in the healthcare segment.Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach comprehending their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution and win new logo contracts.Establish and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels; perform as liaison between sales support and clients to provide superior service and solutions.Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional polished demeanor and business maturity.Manage clear communications with clients and prospective clients regarding specific needs analysis.Manage sales funnel to analyze and control pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned budget.Manage accurate records on daily activities and results.Successfully transitioning the client to operations and client service delivery.Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives, monthly/annual revenue quotas, maintaining existing clients and generating new revenue. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred10 years of sales experience required with a minimum of five (5) years selling accounts receivable solutions.Experience selling 1st Party & 3rd Party Collections to government and medium sized commercial and/or healthcare companies.Proven track record with a list of medium to large accounts receivable deals sold.Deep industry experience, preferably well-known and recognized as a leader is preferred.Network of existing senior level relationships to leverage in building a book of business.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Positive, high energy hunter mentality.Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales management systems.Ability to travel and adapt to a flexible schedule.Disclaimer: Alltran does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation.
