The VP IT Services, Delivery and Integration is responsible for leading global IT Services projects and integration priorities and to collaborate closely with IT and business partners globally. This position directs the planning, development and implementation of the IT Services priorities and strategy.JOB DUTIESDirect and oversee the IT Services projects and integration priorities to ensure consistent, repeatable process execution.Develop and maintain relationships with key IT Services leadership responsible for integration support and execution.Work closely with IT Services leadership to understand their processes and platforms.Identify and correct complex cross-functional operational issues.Continually develop and refine best practices for integration consistent with GM Financial cultureTrack and report progress of all project and integration activities.Responsible for organizational change management and communications associated with IT Services projects and communications.Align departmental strategies with overall company objectives and strategies.Partner with IT Services leadership to ensure successful implementation of IT and business strategies.Establish and update IT Services project roadmap annually or as needed to align with IT and business priorities.Act as liaison with Cyber Security and Infrastructure team on joint initiatives.Facilitate intra-department communication to establish and maintain effective communication on current and future technology and direction.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPSVP IT Services USKnowledgeDetailed understanding of IT Controls, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and IT Service Management processes.Extensive background in process and project management.Thorough knowledge of effective management, corporate planning, personnel administration and budgeting.Experience working with NIST framework.Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements/laws such as SOX, FFIEC, GLBA, etc.Experience in gathering requirements, documenting and assessing information for implementing information security policies and standards is required.SkillsAbility to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences, both oral and written is required.Advanced organization skills.Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task.Experience in product management, project planning, meeting facilitation for multiple groups and projects.Able to correlate information and identify functional dependencies between departments, decision making dependencies, and even similarities between technology needs in seemingly diverse areas.Proven ability to understand, document and improve business processes.ExperienceMinimum of 10 years related experience required.EducationBachelor's Degree required.Work ConditionNormal office environment may be subject to stressful situations as it relates to project coordination and communication.
