What you'll be doing:

Lead Florida operations by interfacing with property owners and developing all of our Florida based teams.

Be a key domain knowledge leader with Austin leadership team

Lead efforts to grow ResProp’s footprint throughout Florida

Mentor and develop Regional Managers

Up to 75% travel

What you must have:

10-20 years experience in property operations

Minimum 3-5 years at VP level managing regional managers

Excellent communication skills

Deep Florida market knowledge, specifically within the third party multifamily operations space
