Mission The Vice President of Sales, Corporate Learning Worldwide reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales Medical, Corporate & Government, US & Canada. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations for the Corporate Learning Products Worldwide, including market competitiveness, pricing, distribution and channel strategy. The Vice President of Sales, Corporate Learning Worldwide will drive the achievement and revenue growth of Accel5. Primary Responsibilities Build out a business plan for the success of Accel5 in first three months of employment Be a role model for the company culture. Drive the development of Corporate Learning sales strategies within US and Canada and other designated countries Work closely with the SVP of sales to establish a target list of prospects Work closely with the VP of Product Management on market feedback to improve overall solution Work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and establish, an effective marketing strategy Maintain key customer relationships. Develop and implement strategies for expanding the Corporate Learning Market Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for regional sales management. Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions for high-profile customers and channel partners. Required Qualifications At least 4 years' sales experience in comparable industries, with 3 years in a senior management position. Proven sales track record by increasing sales in territory each year Excellent understanding of market landscape and competition as it relates to Corporate Learning Build out a business plan for the success of Accel5 in first three months of employment Preferred Qualifications Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environment. Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time. Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners. Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
