At JPMorgan Chase, the Commercial Banking (CB) serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. The Firm's broad platform positions the Commercial Bank to deliver extensive product capabilities - lending, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management - to meet our clients' domestic and international financial needs.

We are undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings; investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels. The goal is to position Commercial Banking as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments (similar to what we have done on the consumer banking side), to enable highly personalized delivery and real time experiences that clients increasingly expect.

Digital Product team is seeking a qualified candidate for a Product Lead position that is responsible for managing the implementation of multiple API service offerings. In this role, the qualified candidate manages the demand management process by facilitating the initial engagement of demand requests, prioritization and business requirement documentation. This role will drive the successful introduction of new API based products /services, and enable continual operational service improvement. To support the Business API Owner, the role will build/report the statistics and trends to forecast growth of the APIs. The role will also perform project management and coordination activities, build and/or review customer-facing communications, and drive the overall delivery of APIs.

This individual will combine knowledge of business, with knowledge of how APIs are built and enabled. They should have experience developing business requirements through defining user stories, use cases, and specifying non-functional requirements. They should have experience in managing projects that are delivered using Agile methodology.

This role will require experience in identifying opportunities to improve the product by driving enhancements that improve overall delivery and adoption through training, communications and/or automation. As new APIs are being built, this role will be pivotal in preparing for the successful launch and adoption of the APIs by ensuring transition from delivery to operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience managing customer-facing services

7 years experience with Customer interactions and delivering Customer focused engagements
