Our client is seeking a talented, high-energy Vice President of Product Management with experience defining and building world class Industrial Control Systems solutions. Working with a team of architects and engineers, this leader will drive the development of products while working closely with other technology leaders throughout the organization to support the integrated delivery of ICS cybersecurity solutions to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, creating and executing the product strategy and roadmaps to deliver features that maintain our visionary status. Working with engineering, sales and marketing to enable new functionality across various global regions and being a product evangelist internally and externally.
Define and drive the product execution strategy for our flag ship product specializing in utilities and manufacturing.
Lead a global Product Management team already focused on delivery best in class ICS and cybersecurity solutions.
Understanding what great product looks like, create a product roadmap to support our business strategy, go-to-market plans, and customer first mindset.
Lead our team’s understanding and utilization of the evolving integration tools, data formats, protocols, standards, and technologies for the insertion of our products in the workflow from a variety of ICS / cybersecurity and SCADA systems.
Support a best in class ecosystem by setting and driving the execution of our integration strategy, optimizing our products with partner systems.
Maintain a customer-focused orientation and drive same within the product organization.
Collaborate with technology leaders across business units to support the integrated delivery of multiple products to mutual customers.
Maintain and potentially expand a world class product management team by recruiting and developing high performing product leaders that understand the value of people, product and process.
Thorough understanding of Agile / Scrum project management methodologies, processes, best practices and ability to teach others. 10+ years of software Product Management experience is desired.
5+ years’ experience managing people, preferably software Product Managers. Proven ability to manage and grow others.
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track-record for building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience.
Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions.
Ability to take strategic thinking and convey visually compelling presentations.
Must embody a strong sense of responsibility for the timely completion of tasks, as well as the responsibility to ensure a shared understanding of shared tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

Master’s in Business or Computer Science preferred (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 15 years of experience of successful and progressively responsible Product leadership, at least 5 of which at a Director or VP level, for a B2B software company.
Demonstrated experience developing ICS and cybersecurity products.
Strong leader with minimum 10 years of experience in managing, coaching, and leading senior level and mid-level staff including multi-functional teams.
Demonstrated visionary leader. Ability to develop and cultivate a dynamic, progressive, and technologically advanced organization.
Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining talented technology professionals.
Proven track record to drive complex engineering projects to completion on time and on budget. Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines.
