Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Technology Operations Analytics will be focused on implementing IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) and IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) solutions to drive improvements in performance, availability and compliance. The individual will use data analytics to identify trends and risks to IT infrastructure and develop operational processes to ensure continuous monitoring.
Essential Responsibilities
Work with application and infrastructure leaders to create IT operational and executive dashboards
Deploy, integrate and administer analytics solutions focused on IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) and IT Operations Analytics (ITOA)
Identify performance and availability risks using trend analysis and analytics
Utilize data-driven, fact-based analytics to formulate tactical, actionable solutions to IT issues.
Use communication and process skills to understand application and infrastructure architecture, application workflow, key transactions and guide the customer through key monitoring capabilities that best match their needs.
Work with application and infrastructure teams to drive Event Correlation and alert reduction initiatives
Participate in identifying & implementing IT automation opportunities
Participate in developing tools and ITOA strategies and roadmaps
Drive implementation of new enterprise operations tools and upgrades to existing tools platforms
Partner with our ServiceNow team to increase and improve integration with IT Operations tools and processes
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience in technology and architecture
Minimum of 2 years of offshore & onshore team management experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience at leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on a common vision.
Minimum 2 years of experience in executing and delivering projects
Green Belt and/or Black Belt Six Sigma trained
Desired Characteristics:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong business focus, which includes the ability to collect and analyze VOC (voice of customer) data and match service to requirements
Strong advocate of teaming concepts and processes, promote team functions, commitments, and communications. Strong team player.
Demonstrated skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication, and promote open communication among teams
Strong ITIL understanding and 1 year of experience in ITIL practices
Hands-on working experience with infrastructure performance and availability tools
Previous Infrastructure Operations Experience
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.
Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 60,000.00 - 130,000.00
USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
