Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
This exciting position will be to work in the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE) under the CTO AI and Emerging Technology team. The RPA CoE Operations Leader will be responsible for the operations of the Automation Anywhere platform, bots, bot scripts, as well as the underlying infrastructure.
Essential Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated the exciting blend of technical expertise, project management, engagement ability, and leadership.
Maintain the AA platform through monitoring, patching, and log review.
Lead a team of operational engineers to ensure 24/7 support of automation processes.
Maintain the bots running on virtual desktops through monitoring, patching, and log review.
Ensure bot scripts run as expected in terms of quality and performance.
Author and update as necessary the operations standards and job aids.
Own all aspects of ServiceNow as it pertains to the CoE including CIs, relationships, and CMDB.
Manage access and licensing for bot developers.
Optimize logging to Splunk and develop queries to best leverage the data.
Ensure that service expectations are properly met, effectively communicate with customers.
Develop and implement tools for demand forecasting and management.
Build metrics and key indicators reflecting performance of the environment.
Leverage industry standards and best practices for improving service levels and performance.
Work with governance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all requirements are met.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of Technology experience OR in lieu of a Degree, High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 10 years of experience in an Technology environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large complex organization.
Experience directly managing high performers.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UI Path.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Management, or other technical degree.
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with ITIL, COBIT, or other Technology control frameworks; ITIL preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects based on business strategies and customer requirements.
Proven track record of initiating and driving actions to improve performance of Technology systems.
Proven ability to define business requirements and apply various technical solutions.
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities.
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint.
Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
Change oriented – actively generates process improvements; supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways.
Customer service skills to manage technical issues in complex, difficult or stressful situations.
Oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to audiences at all levels of the organization.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 70,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
