To do that, you’ll help lead a highly motivated team laser-focused on analyzing, designing, developing and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. You’ll use your leadership skills to give guidance, best practice advice and support across all our business and technology groups. You’ll take the lead on incident response, risk reviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, all of which ladder up to driving and selecting cost-effective solutions. You’ll deploy best practices, new policies, and emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap. You’ll keep management, executive directors, managing directors and stakeholders in the loop, as well as managing people and budgets. As part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s global team of technologists and innovators, your work will have a massive impact, both on us as a company, as well as our clients and our business partners around the world.Responsibilities • Serve as a Cyber Tabletop Exercise Planner within the firm’s Cyber Exercise Program• Responsible for the effective planning, design, conduct, and evaluation of both internal and external discussion-based exercises• Provides leadership for all aspects of Tabletop Exercise project management across the four phases of the exercise planning cycle (i.e., plan, design, conduct, and assess) to include scheduling meetings, reserving venues, facilitating discussions, and providing senior leader project updates• Coordinate with key stakeholders across the firm to develop tailored exercise scenarios that achieve key business, technology, and cyber incident response objectives• Conduct post-exercise after-action reporting and assessment, synthesize corrective actions, implement tracking/monitoring of progress, and design future exercises to validate improvements','!*!Key Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, executing and assessing discussion based exercises • Extensive knowledge of, and experience working within, the US financial services sector• Strong familiarity with how the US and key international financial systems operate, to include an understanding of current cyber threats against these systems • Experience formulating and/or interpreting cyber threat analysis of adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures used to disrupt computer networks • Experience with cyberspace domain analysis • Experience developing and presenting briefings to senior leaders in addition to meeting facilitation• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint• BS/MS degree in Cyberspace, Information Assurance, and/or Banking/Finance (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree).The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to plan, design, conduct, and assess Tabletop Exercises across lines of business, and with external organizations, to deliver high-quality events that produce business impactful results','JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.','Information Risk Management','US-DC-Washington-601 Pennsylvania Avenue / 50621','','CORPORATE SECTOR','Full-time','Standard','Day Job','','JPMorgan Chase & Co.','JPMorgan Chase & Co.','','','Vice President-Cyber Tabletop Exercise Planner
