Job Description
Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Service Delivery to lead our delivery efforts company-wide. The SVP of Service Delivery will own internal process improvement with an emphasis on scalability as Company continues to grow. The person in this role will orchestrate efforts related to managing timelines, utilization, budgets, internal and client communication, reporting progress, forecasting, identifying, articulating and mitigating risk, and coordinating activities and resources. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong initiative, self-direction, and intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics, and interpersonal relations. The SVP will also play an intricate part in fostering teamwork and collaboration to promote a positive company culture across all layers of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery LeadershipOversee and lead the company-wide Service Delivery organization and directly manage a team of Service Delivery Leaders across multiple geographic regions ' 'Manage the overall P&L including revenue, utilization, and margin forecasting and attainment to ensure profitable growth of the practice 'Collaborate with the sales organization to ensure successful engagements are won and delivered 'Mitigate collections and Accounts Receivable escalations and invoicing issues 'Create, review and approve technical and project work effort estimates 'Lead discussions around lessons learned to improve how Company’s services are delivered to its clients 'Manage utilization tracking on a daily basis 'Own dashboards and reports for monthly planning 'Co-own Monthly All Hands Presentations 'Manage company-wide weekly board of directors scorecard and present in monthly meetings 'Lead the talent acquisition efforts in relation to project pipeline, resource allocation, and Salesforce trends/client demands   'Manage the expense approval process 'Ownership of client success and genuine care for Company’s reputation 'Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with client Executives 'Drive efforts towards achieving Salesforce Partner requirements 'Research new Salesforce technologies and stay abreast of new products and services on the platform 'Provide ongoing support to management/leadership company-wide to ensure career development and job satisfaction for individuals on their team 'Coach and mentor Service Delivery leaders in the performance expectation and career development processService ExcellenceWork in tandem with Company market leaders to ensure seamless transition from sales to deliveryOwn efforts towards customer retention by delivering best in class services 'Confirm that our agreements and Statements of Work thoroughly communicate Company’s service capabilities to ensure that every single contract is written with delivery success in mind 'Effectively manage client escalations and resolve to a profitable outcome; develop win-win resolution paths, prepare recommendations for upper management and drive implementation 'Operate under a Continuous Improvement mentality and lead the development and enhancement of Company’s methodologies and approaches to client delivery while providing thought leadership for internal practice development 'Key contributor to the strategy and vision of the companyREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 10 years’ experience as a strategic delivery leader within a Cloud Consulting organization, preferably Salesforce Consulting ' ' 'Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesAbility to manage client expectations and any corresponding escalations in an effective outcome 'Demonstrated understanding of business drivers for professional services projects and business 'Experience implementing processes related to management consulting project estimates, scoping, and lead to cash optimization 'Strong background in team/people management and growing teams 'Excellent leadership skills 'Deep understanding of project management methodologies and service delivery best practices 'PMP Certification is a plus, but not a requirement 'Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred 'Ability to travel upwards of 35% to Company’s offices throughout the country 'Must be able to perform the basic functions of the job 'Candidate must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
