This position will report to the President of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., and will be a member of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Leadership Team. All HIE team members will report to the Sr. Vice President, HIE.
Qualifications and Experience
Advanced degree or equivalent years’ experience in healthcare technology field.
10 years in significant leadership positions within healthcare technology with a special emphasis on healthcare data, data transmission, data aggregation and real time vendor operations supporting complex healthcare providers relying on vendor applications in real-time.
A detailed and extensive knowledge of the HIE business, HIE clients, HIE product offerings.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Specific knowledge and experience that can be translated into a client setting:
Technological skills and knowledge to successfully apply and evolve **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s technology within the context of an HIE can assist in delivering outcomes improvement for our collective clients.
Understanding of healthcare clinical, operational, and financial workflow; how data is critical to optimizing the performance in these areas; and the ability to deliver results for our clients that help them achieve their major initiatives for continual improvement.
Understanding of HIE data assets, data transformation services, and normalization for purposes of leveraging this knowledge to enhance the ability to upsell/cross-sell **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and HIE clients/prospects.
Proven track record in managing complex hosting environment including security plans, certifications, crisis management and continual process improvements in uptime and SLA metrics.

Proven operational leadership within an HIE ecosystem from product development &deployment, to implementation and client support, to data center operations, to client management, sales support and financial stewardship of the HIE team.
