Description OVERVIEW: The head of Creative serves as Caesaru2019s overallu00a0creativeu00a0leader and will uniquely shape the future with the SVP of Marketing Design and Operations to ensure that all brand experiences resonate, inspire and activate our guests. The creative leader will build, shape and implement the company'su00a0creativeu00a0vision and direction across all platforms/channels for each area of the company. They will lead cross-discipline teams ofu00a0creativeu00a0talent to invent and execute innovative omnichannel, brand experiences across a diverse range of channels. They are the guiding light and coach for the 65 person creative team and are expected to inspire breakthrough ideas through teamwork and drive the cultural spirit of the group. They are the key relationship lead with internal stakeholders and are accountable for meeting the business andu00a0creativeu00a0goals of their teamu2019s assignments. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES (PLEASE LIST POSITION TITLES):Director of User Experience, Creative and ContentDirector of Production Design and Account Services Qualifications KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead and provide creative vision for internal studio and all supporting agencies to concept, design and execute innovative omni-channel, brand experiences our customers will love across digital (mobile first), social, advertising, and branding across the entire organization. Create, present and implement forward planning projects that will improve the creative team, the creative work, and that will catapult the company into a stronger brand, improved experiences and successful new business ventures. Have an entrepreneurial attitude and passion for innovative solutions and brand experiences that allow you to participate in critical decision-making deliberations alongside fellow executives. Lead and coach teams to inspire breakthrough ideas through teamwork and drive the cultural spirit of creativity and leadership in all groups. Lead, manage and champion Design Thinking across the entire company Is a charismatic storyteller who can package creative and design concepts and present to executive stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling way. Lead the team with authority and passion to ensure that all projects are delivered within the projected parameters (budget, timeline, resources, etc.) Managing the career development of cross-discipline resources as a motivating and inspiring force in the company that gets the best performance out of people. Work as a major voice in the design industry and the primary face of the Caesaru2019s design team through high-profile speaking engagements, interviews, articles and more. Set visual strategy/direction and produce compelling visual/copy. Work with corporate resources to drive increased operational effectiveness and efficiency through continuous improvement, standardization and coordination of processes, increased automation, and best practice sharing. Manage key relationships with marketing pods, property leaders, and corporate marketing teams to promote cross-organizational collaboration. Responsible for meeting or exceeding financial targets; makes recommendations to achieve desired results, prepares annual budget and forecasts. Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct. Complies with and upholds company expectations, including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals, and business strategy.
