MDs are responsible for selling all of the FIS suite of applications and services and for maintaining and growing account revenue. MDs have annual sales quota and annual YOY revenue growth targets for each account for which they are assigned.A Managing Directors performs the following duties:Works to achieve assigned annual sales quotas and annual YOY revenue growth targetsManages, plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focusActs as primary liaison between client and FIS and intimately understands client's strategy, objectives, needs, including financial performance expectations and compliance/regulatory disposition.Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilizedLeads and coordinates FIS executive leadership activities with clientDevelops and executes account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account baseStructures, negotiates and closes 'deals' that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertiseLeads negotiation of terms and conditions of FIS contracts with client and ensures terms are within FIS standardsEnsures accurate forecasting and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information in EMS for assigned clientsIdentifies and reports 'at risk' clients and escalates to executive management; prepares, implements and executes 'at risk' planWorks directly with Corporate Briefing Team to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at FIS offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.Responsible for coordination of all FIS resources, including Sales Executives and Client Managers (where applicable), PSCs, Architects, and all other FIS personnel.\\r \\r \\r\\rFIS™ is the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions.
