About You:

You are passionate about digital and its potential to disrupt and

transform an organization.  You have

expertise in the financial services sector, particularly in the Wealth

Management space. You managed execution of digital programs that enable

marketing to utilize new techniques to develop new business with existing

clients and acquire new client relationships. You have the intellectual

curiosity to challenge the status quo and the tenacity to overcome organization

challenges. You can influence decision makers and stakeholders through clearly

synthesized ideas, subject matter expertise, and data. You have experience

working in a fast-paced environment that is deadline-driven, with a strong

focus on efficiency and quality.   You

are passionate about driving strategic best practices, operational excellence,

and platform management. You have a strategic mind-set but can also comfortably

operate tactically to develop strategies for digital initiatives and scale them

through hands-on execution.

This role will report to Private Bank’s Head of Digital Engagement


Private Bank’s website ecosystem to ensure elegant and intuitive

digital experience Develop

website strategy and roadmap based on strategic business goalsCollaborate

with creative and marketing partners as well as cross functional stakeholders

to deliver new website featuresDefine

scope of development for on-going feature enhancements and oversee execution, including

all project management activitiesDevelop KPIs for digital engagement and create metrics

reporting framework. Maintain a strong analytics driven approach to digital

program management.  Manage

new and ongoing agency engagements including RFP evaluation, onboarding, SOW

reviews, project management and invoice processingContinually

experiment with new ways to drive engagement and optimize lead acquisitionConduct

research to stay abreast of digital landscape and new technologies to identify

market opportunitiesWork

with product management to improve conversion processes and other on-site

improvements to facilitate digital activation clients   Partner

with digital product managers to implement, optimize, and scale engagement

tools for a diverse range of initiatives across lines of business  Conceptualize

and implement optimization strategies to support the business; meet and exceed

volume and KPIs  



years in a digital marketing role in financial services, preferably with

experience in wealth management or private bankingStrong

project management skills, ability to multitask and be effective partnering at

all levels of the organizationExperience

with Content Management Systems (AEM experience a plus)Strong

understanding of digital UX best practices and trends in website developmentUnderstanding

of SEO/SEM, digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystemWorking

knowledge of digital analytics (platforms and attribution) Experience

with marketing automation platformsExcellent oral and written communication skills
