Description Foothills Bank in\u00a0Arizona\u00a0is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to assist the CEO in the development of division operations, personnel, financial performance and growth.\u00a0 Show us your Consider it Done attitude! MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the attainment of short and long term financial and operations goals retail operations. Ensure company profitability. Leads and directs the management teams of multiple core departments; including branch administration. Assesses workflow and structure to implement efficiencies with personnel, customer service and sales. Monitors the capital expenditure and budgeting activities of branch network. Participates in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic business and performance goals of multiple report departments. Coordinates activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.. Formulates and recommends operating policies and objectives or changes in existing policies and objectives; insures compliance with and implementation of approved policies and objectives. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Requirements Four year college degree Five to ten years of related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions COMPENSATION: Salary is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.\u00a0This role also includes a 20% annual bonus plan for performance based on target metrics. A strong relocation plan is offered with this position (includes up to $1,500 towards moving expenses, fully paid moving company or moving truck, $1,500 in dual housing expenses for up to 6 months, and paid pre-house hunting trip)!
