Responsible for oversight and daily management of the change management program related to the business unit. Will be responsible for interacting with the business unit, and ensuring that policies and procedures are kept up to date and are in compliance with agency/investor requirements. Serves as a subject matter expert for all questions originating from the business unit.
Monitor investor and agency publications for changes in business unit guidelines. Consult with the impacted division(s) on changes to company guidelines in response to those changes.
Manage the distribution and publication of notifications to internal staff on guideline changes related to the business unit.
Review business unit policies and procedures and provide suggested edits, as needed
Gather, investigate, and review additional information and conduct research as necessary, to ensure compliance with agency requirements
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Technical writing experience a plus
Thorough knowledge of business unit and interactions within various departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
