In your role as RVP of Health Systems Sales, you’ll uncover, develop and close on large-scale opportunities for the northeast region, with a solution that marries clinical processes with digital technology. Through your efforts, you’ll help our clients reduce costs and improve outcomes for patients with chronic conditions, specifically diabetes, pre-diabetes and hypertension. Given the ground-breaking nature of Livongo’s chronic condition management platform, you’ll be enabling your clients to achieve new heights of excellence in personalized health solutions. You’ll also enjoy the flexibility of working from your own home office, or from our Chicago HQ, if you prefer. Naturally, travel will be involved.

Responsibilities:
Build strategic customer relationships at the senior executive/C-level and within key departments (HR/Benefits, CFO/COO/CEO)
Maximize revenue and achieve margin goals, while staying within budget
Identify key accounts and establish priorities within those accounts
Develop strategic business plans within your identified accounts
For each account, develop and manage an operating calendar, detailed account forecast and mapping process
Increase Livongo market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities
Manage issue resolution and customer satisfaction within your account base
Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies
Candidate Profile:
A proven track record successfully selling to employee benefit consultants, large health systems and large traditional employers (5,000 employees)
7 years of progressive, direct sales experience, with, ideally, a significant portion of that experience focused on selling to VPs of HR, VPs of Benefits and C- level personnel in health systems and/or large traditional employers (5,000 employees)
Experience managing and selling in a regulated medical productsenvironment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with and helping people
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within anorganization
Outstanding communication, writing, telephone and presentation skills
Strong project and account managementskills
Strong critical thinking and analyticalskills
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with highly-talented salesprofessionals
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
