Own the product vision and roadmap, aligned to the overall company vision. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand what we want to achieve and why.
Be an expert on the domain, the market, the competition and the trends.
Drive high performance Product Management teams to measured success.
Proactively communicates with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner with respect to product requirements, planning, progress â€” at both a strategic and tactical level.
Coordinates across product and functional lines to ensure product initiatives are aligned across the company and business functions (customer success, product marketing, sales) are empowered to succeed.
Champion the voice of the customer and engage with strategic accounts regularly to understand their problems and challenges, keeping them connected to product direction.
Lead all aspects of the product lifecycle including pricing and packaging strategy and overall go to market plan.
Partner with Engineering leadership to address trade-offs, evaluate cost, allocate resources, solidify timelines, and execute to deliver quality.
Partner with Product Marketing executives on thought leadership, product launches, sales enablement, and analyst relations.
Speak at events, sit on panels and influence large groups of people.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management or comparable roles
Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
Proven track record for full lifecycle product management developing products from concept to delivery
Technical background with hands-on software development experience is a must
Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well presentation skills
