Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The role leads a field sales team who are responsible for increasing usage within their assigned regional area of the country. The role will hire mentor, coach, counsel, co-travel and train field sales personnel.  Role works directly with the VP, Sales to execute sales strategy within a region. The region this position will cover includes the Keystone states,  including territories in NJ, PA and NY and candidate must live in  the Region (NJ, PA or NY).Essential Responsibilities:Manage a regional field sales team to ensure the execution of national and regional sales/marketing initiatives.Coach/mentor field sales team externally, through co-traveling, to evaluate them based on a bench mark measurement system.Responsible for increasing usage (amount financed per provider) across portfolio.Assist Regional Manager in implementing effective measurement and reward systems with field sales team.Implement strategies/tactics/best practices with field sales team to drive usage.Assist Regional Manager in implementing systems management to utilize field sales team time to increase usage, maximize provider visits and keep expenses under budget.Partner with various departments including marketing and operations to develop materials and systems to increase Practice Development Manager productivity and practice usage.Work in the field monitoring, measuring and gathering VOC.Provide value added analysis & reporting for assigned region and identify and implement ways to increase usage.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in Financial Services or outside sales.Minimum of 2 years of territory sales/marketing experience with a track record of results.Ability to travel regionally 60-70% of time, overnight and some weekend travelMust be able to work from a home office in NJ, PA or NYDesired Characteristics:BA or BS degree. Private Label Sales and Marketing experience. Finance business/industry acumen.Excellent client relationship skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs. Medical Sales / Marketing experience.Customer focused mind set with ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
