Job Description Summary of Duties: Vice President of Architectures and Policy for all encompassing, integrated direct marketing solutions company, responsible for orchestrating a company-wide program that meets the business objectives and needs of the Epsilon product owners, client teams and the Shared Technical Services (STS) Team. This role requires a broad and diverse background developing security architectures, building technology strategies and Policies for a Fortune 500 Corporate IT service management team. This position is a direct report to the SVP\/Chief Information Security Officer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \u2022Define long term security strategy and vision for Epsilon data, technology assets, client data, and hosting environments \u2022Develop and maintain security standards and implementation guidelines to support baseline compliance and best practice controls \u2022Develop security best practices to integrate into DevOps processes and product teams to support continuous compliance \u2022Work with risk management to define a methodology and plan to continuously identify, inventory, and classify all data assets and risk assess and remediate all controls according to the standards \u2022Define risk-based infrastructure control framework to ensure effective asset placement for segmentation \u2022Diagram high level infrastructure architecture and controls for engineering, operations, and management reference \u2022Manage roadmap strategy for the most effective deployment of vendor products and solutions to maximize investment and ensure vendor delivery is meeting and exceeding value expectation \u2022Drive vendor product roadmaps and engagement to maximize value of relationships \u2022Provide technical expertise to the risk management team to assess technical risk controls for new products, designs, exception requests, and compliance \u2022Drive innovative control solutions and design to improve control and mitigate risk by keeping up to date on new solutions and product enhancements \u2022Identify product and platform lifecycles to align control capabilities and resources and coordinate operations and engineering lifecycles \u2022Drive security awareness and best practices within each business unit and across client teams \u2022Identify opportunities for process improvement to meet and exceed customer service expectations and improve overall risk posture Required Skills: \u2022Broad technical background with a knowledge base in network security, software engineering, database management and application security. \u2022Ability to determine the scope of the complex Epsilon product and client environment that must to adhere to the various compliance standards for PCI, HIPAA, ISO, SOC and GDPR. \u2022Advanced written and oral communications skills with the ability give a program overview to current and potential Epsilon Clients as required. \u2022Established relationships and experience with various security technology and services vendors. \u2022Ability to travel (less than 10%) with limited requirements for international trips to the UK and India. Experience and Education: \u202210 year\u2019s experience in one or more for the following: security engineer, Security Operations leadership role, governance\/risk\/compliance \u2022Deep knowledge and familiarity with the Cyber Security Framework and NIST 800-53 controls. \u2022Extensive knowledge and experience working with a data centric environment to include traditional datacenters and virtualized environments (private cloud, hosted cloud, and public cloud). \u2022Experience working in a service provider environment with the ability to orchestrate compliance requirements of many different clients. \u2022Certified in at least one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, GCIH, GPEN or other accredited security credentials \u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited College or University Conditions of Employment All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of certain background checks which unless prohibited by applicable law may include criminal history checks, employment verification, education verification, drug screens, credit checks, DMV checks (for driving positions only) and fingerprinting.
