Global Markets Operations supports and manages the settlement, clearance and booking functions related to Securities Trading for the ICG Global Markets business.

The CAO organization provides analytical and logistical support to the Global Markets Operations Senior Management team, helping them manage and operate the department optimally across areas including client delivery, resource and financial management, quality, controls and process improvement initiatives. 

The candidate will be responsible for:

Basic Function  

Manage global mandates and deliverables

Preparation of business and internal client presentations

Proactively monitor direct and consumption expenses; resourcing targets including vendors; space and other consumable items

Manage monthly scorecard processes highlighting expenses and headcount

Manage headcount tracking and movements on variances and drivers

Manage annual planning process

Assist with department wide communications','!*!Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)

A minimum of 7 years of Financial Services or equivalent work experience

Manage and proactively monitor direct and consumption expenses; resourcing targets including vendors; space and other consumable items.

Ad-hoc projects, reporting and analysis.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be able to communicate and influence at all levels

Possess the ability to develop good working relationships with senior management 

Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines

Ability to quickly earn the confidence of others

High level of attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team, and also under own supervision 

Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques 

Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills, specifically Pivot tables, and PowerPoint
