The renewables operations will consist of plants in Texas and Arkansas that produce biodiesel fuel and a renewable diesel facility in California. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores which also market motor fuels in central and west Texas and New Mexico. Position Overview The Vice President of Maintenance & Reliability Excellence will be responsible for the development and implementation of the global business process for maintenance & reliability at all Delek Refining facilities. The Vice President will be responsible for working closely with other Refinery VP\/GM\u2019s, Department Leadership and Business Optimization teams and is accountable to enhance the Delek Refining asset reliability, increase asset availability, increase operating margins, reduce overall maintenance cost and the maintenance of mechanical integrity systems. The ability to develop capability across the enterprise to improve cost and reliability is a key focus within this role. This role will serve as the key technical and functional resource within the area of Reliability Centered Maintenance and will lead building a network of expertise of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) at the site levels. The Vice President is responsible to develop, design, implement and maintain Enterprise Systems; Mechanical Integrity, Critical Discipline Subject Matter Experts (SME\u2019s), Engineering Practices (EP\u2019s), CMMS solution, spare parts strategies, materials master & AML management, standardized Asset Maintenance Plans (AMP) and optimization, standardize maintenance & reliability KPIs and workflow processes, initiate planning & scheduling routines across Delek Refineries and play a key role in Delek Integrated Management Systems. Using leadership, maintenance & reliability process experience and strategic skills, the Project\u00a0Vice President will manage his\/her Corporate team of SME\u2019s and own the Delek Refining Reliability Asset Management System (RAMS) that governs the following essential functions; Maintain subject matter expert in maintenance reliability best practices and deploys tools \/ training to field to drive asset reliability and mechanical integrity. Maintain Delek Refining Engineering Practices, standards and specification for the repair and design. Develop and deploy maintenance reliability improvement programs that improve Asset Availability and Maintenance Performance. Demonstrate the technical expertise to work across Delek Refining to resolve equipment reliability and equipment performance issues. Facilitate and support the identification, planning, and implementation of strategic cost savings and skills development programs in maintenance and equipment reliability. Work across Delek Refining Maintenance & Reliability Teams to develop, train, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and implement technologies to insure maximum asset effectiveness. Using FMEA, PM Optimization & RCM methodology, lead the development of Asset Management Plans to deliver standardized processes to PM\/PdM programs. Leads the development and implementation of Reliability Value Improvement Practices for the design and maintenance of new equipment \/ technology to ensure AMP\u2019s are in place prior to commissioning. Establish effective \/ simple management routines and governance system that guides actions to deliver expected reliability and cost performance (KPI\u2019s). Assess CMMS design \/ configuration, make recommendations for updates \/ changes to facilitate accurate data capturing for being able to identify and improve asset reliability, cost, skill deficiencies, materials analytics, bad actors, etc. Leads configuration and management of CMMS solution, lead development of end user training, provide site level end user training, and responsible for CMMS data management. Leads the development of standard work procedures within CMMS reporting and analytical development tools for bringing visibility to and developing a program for elimination of Bad Actors (Spend, Component Usage, Labor, etc.). Leads the development and implementation of Maintenance Work Flow process, Asset Risk \/ Priority Ranking, Asset set up, BOM development, MRO Inventory Management, and Maintenance Planning \/ Scheduling. Makes reliability decisions based on feasibility studies and costing analysis from CMMS data, identifies trends, solve problems, and makes recommendations for process improvements. Leads the standardization of skills assessment & training programs. We are looking for a Vice President with leadership skills, a positive attitude, the ability to anticipate and challenge situations, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to develop economic and marginal analysis for sound recommendations. The Vice President must have strong presentation skills to report Project Status, Project Development Progress, Budgets, and Economic Opportunities to the Delek US Executives.\u00a0 List of Major Duties and Responsibilities The Vice President will create and manage a group of subject matter experts with skills in project development, project management, and project controls. The Vice President will develop and implement corporate policies, procedures, and processes for maintenance & reliability. The Vice President will develop the long-range business strategy for risk mitigation in line with the 5 year operating plan and long range turnaround strategy. The Vice President relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Vice President will oversee the development and manage the associated yearly budgets for his\/her group. The Vice President will mentor, supervise, and evaluate site management teams. The Vice President will be responsible for reliability risk assessment and management including identification, analysis, and resolution. The Vice President will ensure that progress reports are develop as required. The Vice President will ensure capital project and turnarounds have an effective integration reliability strategy. Education and Qualifications: Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) required, professional engineering license preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience, with strong refining experience. Excellent communications and interaction skills with staff and management required for this position. Must have the experience managing staff in office and remotely. Focus on project execution with superior organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
