KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Tax credits practice.
Provide tax planning to a full range of corporate clients, including major multinational clients, and work closely with other offices of KPMG, LLP to provide those services to their clients
Work with other practice groups in WNT and member firms of KPMG throughout the world
Review tax memoranda and tax opinions
Instruct internal firm courses related to tax credits
Review articles and other risk management activities
Contribute to the growth, experience, and institutional knowledge of the WNT practice staff level team members
Demonstrated 10 years experience in an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm, professional services firm, or think tank, coupled with experience with public sector agencies and corporations with specific relevant experience consulting in regard to tax credits and incentives
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Licensed CPA or J.D./LL.M
Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
Excellent advisory and compliance skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information, including ability to translate research findings into clear and actionable results
