Your Impact as Managing Director, Security Advisory Practice LeaderAs the Security Advisory Practice Leader, you will lead a team of professionals conducting comprehensive cybersecurity risk and compliance assessments, data and privacy reviews, and cyber resilience services. You are expected to bring your significant experience in the industry to bear in leading and developing the Practice. You will proactively identify new business development opportunities and expand existing client relationships. You will work collaboratively with other Practice Leaders and multiple sales channels and be united in mission to provide holistic threat assessment, prevention, and remediation services. Job Responsibilities• Lead business development efforts for the Security Advisory Practice. Identify opportunities and expand existing client relationships, develop offering and pricing strategies, and meet revenue expectations. Work collaboratively with Sales, Engagement Management, and other Leaders on business development opportunities. Partner with internal centers of excellence to develop collateral and thought leadership pieces.• Ensure delivery excellence on Security Advisory engagements. Determine the cybersecurity advisory assessment approaches and methodologies, lead and staff complex engagements, maintain client engagement and satisfaction, and hold ultimate responsibility for the quality of the work delivered. • Manage a dispersed team of Security Advisory professionals. Lead the recruitment, development, assessment, compensation, and retention strategies and decisions for the Security Advisory Practice. Foster teamwork, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and consistency. Create and support opportunities for growth and career progression.• Deliver on operational requirements. Create and stay within budgets, manage invoices, review time entries and utilization levels, and develop strategic plans.Required Experience• Mastery of cybersecurity advisory consulting services and 10 years’ experience successfully applying these services to solve complex client problems.• 5 years of people leadership experience, including responsibility for team hiring, training, and performance management. High level of emotional intelligence.• Developed executive presence and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
