This position will travel to multiple locations to partner with business leaders and lead the delivery of organizational and process improvement activities.ResponsibilitiesMaintains knowledge on current and emerging developments\/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and\/or departmental\/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal\/external stakeholders on complex assignments\/projects for his\/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.Identifies and directs strategic process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and\/or business unit for assigned area(s) of responsibility.Directs\/executes approved strategy decisions and contributes to strategy creation for assigned area(s) of responsibility.Provides strategic direction to build and enhance the capability for his\/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.Analyze current operating state leveraging various analytical tools and facilitation techniquesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsCollaborate with peers across the enterprise to foster a community focused on continuous improvementCreate and deliver executive-level presentationsCreate, define and track key metrics to measure the success of the continuous improvement teamCultivate effective working relationships with key business leaders and generate consulting engagementsDesign pilot and prototype solutions and enable their implementationDevelop necessary approach, training and support materials in order to implement continuous improvement initiativesEstablish effective implementation strategy and influence the execution of project deliverablesInterview, hire and train employeesLead multiple large multi-faceted continuous improvement consulting engagementsPerform cost and benefit analysisPlan, assign and direct work through all phases of employee performanceProvide internal consultative services on specific CI projects and activities such as process design, establishing performance standards\/metrics, ROI analysis and project management.Supervise a team of continuous improvement consultants and direct their efforts to ensure successful implementationWork with business leaders and partners to develop problem and opportunity statementsEducation4 Year\/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification strongly preferredPMP Certification preferredExperience10 Years of Project Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management \/ Mindsets and Behaviors experience (i.e., assessing and improving change readiness through interviews and surveys) experience in the financial services industry that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders; possessing deep technical acumen, but still able to relate and build rapport.Ability to work with others in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement processes improvements.Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.Demonstrates strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.Expert proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., MiniTab, JMP, Monte Carlo Simulation, etc.)Facilitation experience requiredChanging mindset's and behaviors (assessing and improving change readiness through interviews and survey's) #LI-KM1This position may be subject to Lincolns Political Contribution Policy.
