The Grand Lodge at Hillcrest Country Estates, a healthcare provider focused on aging adults, has an opportunity for an Administrator\/Executive Director candidate interested in enhancing the lives of aging adults. Designed for a resort style experience, our residence is like no other.  With state of the art amenities that include a heated indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, aerobics studio, hobby shop and ceramics studio, underground parking with a carwash, surround sound cinema, fine dining and pub, The Grand Lodge sells itself.  The individual selected for this Administrator\/Executive Director opportunity will have proven experience leading in the senior living industry and will be responsible all aspects this location that includes 102 independent living, 30 assisted living, and 30 assisted living memory support apartment homes.  The Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and supervising all functions of the facility operations including assisted living, memory support assisted living and adult day services in accordance with State, Federal and local regulations. The Administrator has the ultimate responsibility for the entire fiscal, physical, and operational functions of the facility.\r

Key Responsibilities:\r
\r
\r
\tOrganizing, developing and directing the overall operation of services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations\r
\tResponsible for building and leading engaged operational teams\r
\tPlan, develop and maintain an overall operating budget\r
\tMaintain a high customer satisfaction rating\r
\tMaintain regulatory compliance\r
\r
\r
Key Requirements:\r
\r
\r
\tAt least three years Administrator experience in a health care setting serving seniors required\r
\tBachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work or related administrative field required\r
\tStrong understanding of CCRC Philosopy\r
\tLicensed in the State of Nebraska as an Assisted Living Administrator or Nursing Home Administrator\r
\tExperience in IL Community strongly preferred\r
