Job Description This position will have responsibility for all aspects of documentation origination and recording, escrow and mortgage processing, trust inventory management, inventory sourcing and recovery activities, DIL\/Foreclosure processing for the developer and the HOA associations, management of all 3rd party title, and escrow compliance. Ensures that all contract and mortgage originations are accurately completed and team provides support to the sales team on a daily basis (7 days a week). Ensures all contracts written meet business underwriting standards, regulations guidelines and business rule adherence. Develops plan for inventory management to ensure all inventory is available for sale with clean title and appropriate entity ownership. Manage the origination of contracts and mortgages to ensure business rule adherence and all mortgages are securitizeable. Manage the escrow processing and mortgage payments on the book of records, escrow verification, refund processing. Ensure compliance standards are met daily for escrow, credit bureau reporting and Mortgage electronic recording(MERS). Manage the inventory by entity in the book of record to ensure that inventory is available for business needs. Relationship management, escrow agency, custodian banks, title agencies. Communicate effectively with Senior leadership team and the management team with in the financial services and finance teams. Continually develop process to acquire and record inventory from multiple sources, including dil\/foreclosure, first right of refusal, HOA lien inventory, auctions, etc. Establish process, procedures and team for inventory recovery initiatives partnering with strategic finance and senior management. Lead the document origination teams audit, titles, dil\/foreclosure and payment processing teams ( 180 associates) to ensure effective execution balance customer service and cost management and accuracy. Attract , develop and retain staff to fulfill the objectives and responsive bills of each department in an effect and efficient manner. Develop the annual plan and execute the transfer process to in ensuring that inventory is available in trust entity's and ready for day of sale. Review and approve the annul budget, forecast of escrow release of funds ( 200M in cash) Annual budget for inventory sourcing initiatives in partnership with strategic finance. Deployment of resources for delivery of contract, recording and inventory recovery processes. Direct and mange a large diverse team( 180) Key contract for sales leadership regarding origination process and business\/underwriting guidelines Direct the oversight on the dil\/foreclosure process for develop and hoa's VP and SVP's at VSE- must provide support and recommends in area of responsibilities. Legal, IT, Acct\/Finance, Financial Services and senior leadership. Key relationships in the daily managing of the origination, trust and processing. Internal and external audits its management of escrow and mortgage reporting function, key owner of transaction history. Leads relationships with outside vendors: legal, title, escrow, broker.
