The successful candidate will champion the Fraser brand and reputation as a local, regional, and national healthcare or social service organization of excellence.u0026nbsp; This candidate will also develop and implement a marketing and communications strategic plan that supports the organizationu0026rsquo;s goals, increases Fraser brand awareness and visibility in the community, maximizes the earned income of the organization, and supports referrals to all Fraser service lines.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eResponsibilities include:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eLead Organizational Marketing and Communication Strategyu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eDevelop and implement a marketing plan, including organization market position, competitive analysis, stakeholder segmentation, market penetration, distribution and related service line positioning, and long/short-range goals and operating procedures.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eWork closely with Division Directors and Executive Team to define key u0026ldquo;sellingu0026rdquo; propositions that will translate into public relations and marketing materials, client communications and press initiatives.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eWork with Directors to appropriately brand, market, and distribute the Fraser intellectual capital; assist with market and customer research, product launch, and general sales support.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProvide leadership for social media best practices and digital promotion initiatives resulting in reach and growth to targeted online audiences.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEstablish and provide leadership for the design and production of all outbound communications including branding standards, websites (****newsletters (Fraser in Focus), social media, collateral materials, annual report and other activities/promotions that advertise and promote Fraser programs, products and services.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePartner with Organizational Development to align external/internal communications to communicate important news, special events, marketing plans and successes.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop and communicate marketing policies and procedures.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eManage Public Affairs Communication Strategyu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eEnsure appropriate product needs are being filtered into public relations efforts and are accurately reflected in all corporate messaging.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eMaintain steady press coverage and positive relationships with key media contacts and other communications-related businesses.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop and manage relationships with advertising agencies, public relations firms, graphic design companies, and other external sources.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eManage the Fraser Crisis Communication process in partnership with the Compliance Officer.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eServe as a spokesperson and represent Fraser as appropriate in the community.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eOversee market research including annual consumer survey.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eMonitor referral patterns and develop strategies and relationships to drive business to clinical service lines.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eCollaborate with Development and Human Resource Departmentsu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eWork with Vice President of Development and the Development team to create communications and marketing materials for use in direct-mail and face-to-face communications and provide additional collaboration for fundraising events.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCollaborate with Human Resources in staff recruitment and retention, staff development, employee relations and cultural development initiatives.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eQualifications include:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eBA/BS in business, marketing, communications, journalism or related field required.
