VP of Identity Management amp IT Streaming Services

Position Summary:
The Vice President, Identity Management and IT Streaming Services is a highly motivated individual with excellence portfolio and project management experience, preferably within the subscription-based arena. This individual is an effective communicator, influential leader, and relationship builder with relevant management skills and experiences leading multi-discipline development teams in the delivery of high-impact programs that achieve the business outcomes. This role works closely with internal and business user stakeholders from across the Company to manage prioritized business initiatives and investments though all phases of the software delivery life cycle. The position has direct management responsibility to a team of directors and their software development resources.
Our conditional access department collaboratively works closely within IT, finance, and other internal functions to manage project resources. The VP is responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out in accordance with best practices that most effectively leverage the department's planning, design and development resources. The role oversees all aspects of projects including the system development life cycle, including project onboarding and prioritization, work breakdown and resource planning, budgeting and expense management, issue and risk management, communication to internal and external groups towards successful delivery, and status reporting and metrics.
The Vice President will be involved with projects across multiple work-streams, manage/mitigate cross-program dependencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all projects related to our identity management and streaming services platforms to ensure that all planning, design and development is balanced among all IT resources, that all projects are accurately planned and executed, and that project status and reporting is accurate and timely.
Manage budget and cost of actual vs. plan.
Manage capital requests for consultant on-boarding including invoice tracking for actuals vs. budget.
Ensure processes, tools and communication channels exist and are being consistently adhered to for the management/coordination of project plans, dependencies, and deliveries across work-streams.
Partner closely with the business & IT stakeholders for the ongoing prioritization of new projects into the various working team portfolios based on resource availability to perform the work.
Facilitate discussions and decisions at various levels of the Company as they relate to risks, timelines, scope and resources.
Ensure communication and information transparency to key stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure that projects delivered have appropriate levels of quality, are timely, within budget, and in line with business and strategic expectations through disciplined practices and adherence to the Company's SDLC, compliance policies, standards, and obligations (i.e. SOX).
Prepare and present updates on key projects with emphasis on critical paths to the department and Company's leadership team.
Ensure disciplined practices exist and are followed to oversee the planning, design and development. Monitor and report on all significant changes to scope and/or delivery commitments with regards to timing, resource, and budget implications to project commitments within the identity management and streaming services portfolio.
Regularly and effectively engage with IT and business stakeholders in the forecasting, planning, setup, management, and delivery of portfolio impacting projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally (i.e., product, channel, marketing, finance, technology development, etc.) to lead or act in the capacity of an advisor strategic projects.
Ensure integrated delivery (including internal and 3rd party vendor teams) of workable software products throughout all phases of the project's lifecycle, including the hand-over to the IT operations and production readiness of the business teams.
Developing and tracking project multiple concurrent projects, including forecasting and tracking budget.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The position has direct management responsibility for a team of directors and their software development resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience. MBA preferred.
15 years of software design and development of large-scale systems.
10 years of subscription-based experience.
10 years of experience in senior-level IT or operations management.
Requirements and General Skills:

Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously.

Experience with program reporting to senior management and central teams.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work well under time constraints and with multiple projects.
Good public speaking and presentation skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to internal client and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Creative writing ability.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Previous experience with large scale development projects, including cloud based project design and implementation.
Must have advanced development and design skills with experience developing and retaining highly skilled development resources.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
