Position Summary The VP Sales, Kidney Care will be accountable for leading large aspects of a payor-facing go-to-market strategy for Home Dialysis and Kidney Care products. This includes leading/informing payor segmentation, research, product offerings and pricing, in addition to leading business development efforts with dialysis providers and agencies. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for building relationships with payors and health systems to gain support and feedback in advance of a product launch. As the segment builds the Sales Lead, Kidney Care will be accountable for all sales and account management portfolio of clients and their overall financial performance, strategic growth, retention and client satisfaction. This includes developing and executing a staffing plan, providing strategic direction and leadership over the activities of the sales and account team and acting as the client-facing Kidney Care SME supporting sales functions across the enterprise. The Sales Lead will have a national scope focused on driving opportunities and improving patient care. This individual will provide leadership and direction for strategic planning for future developments, corporate resource alignment and organizational design. The Sales Lead and team will be responsible for informing the underwriting process, contract management, and relationship management with clients. The Sales Lead will foster collaborative relationships with clients and their executive teams to drive their growth and achieve financial goals; this includes representing the voice of their clients to internal partners to prompt the continuous growth and innovation within the Kidney Care product portfolio. Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred Required Qualifications 15 years PBM, Health care or consulting leadership experience Exceptional client relations and business development expertise Effective communication and negotiating skills Knowledge of renal market SDL2017
