SVP Operations Business Control Manager','18016962','!*!
This role is responsible for driving Risk and Control efforts for NA Transaction Services, and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Primarily responsibilities include:
Work with Senior Management and other Control Functions in evaluating processes for compliance with Corporate control requirements. Provide advice and guidance on regulatory and corporate policy to the Businesses.
Interface with Internal Audit, Regulators, Risk, Compliance and Legal to understand current and future focus, maintain and ensure consistent understanding and application of risk control strategies and process across TS portfolios.
Ensure that Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) ratings properly reflect the risk of the issues and any change to appropriate Senior Management.
Optimize and manage regulatory monitoring process for all TS lines of business.
Formulate strategy and day to day execution for managing control functions across all TS Lines of Businesses.
Exercise full management responsibility for multiple teams including Issue management and Audit/Compliance/Risk support.
Manage Risk Control for the business or functions within a business across multiple vendors and onsite functions.
Interact and collaborate with all levels of management.
Build strong collaborative network across the organization in order to accomplish the objectives.About Citi

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred
5 years of experience in regulatory compliance environment.
Demonstrated experience in control strategy and execution.
Prefer knowledge of TS operations Skills.
Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions.
Strong relationship building skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
