Aon is looking for a Vice President and Director-Professional Services Group (PSG) As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk, in New York City. Your impact as a Vice President and Director-Professional Services Group (PSG) Job Responsibilities:- Act as Practice Group Counsel focusing on both the legal and regulatory issues facing our practice group in addition to leading our claims advocacy efforts. - Lead claims advocacy and collection efforts for PSG. - Manage and help negotiate contractual agreements with clients, including fee agreements. - Manage U.S. regulatory issues and oversee global regulatory issues, in conjunction with Aon’s in-house legal team. - Oversee group-wide client communications and disclosures. - Quantify the value delivered by Aon in the claims process and effectively contribute to Aon’s remuneration negotiations with clients and insurers. - Establish best practices for policy wordings, applications and binding procedures. - Liaise with Aon in-house legal team with respect to PSG E&O issue . - Manage / assist in the handling of 2 – 4 specialty lines accounts. - Collaborate with FSG claims advocacy teams in handling PSG accounts.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:- Minimum ten years insurance-related experience with legal, and insurance coverage and policy drafting background- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Strong client relationship skillsStrong interpersonal skills - Strong research and organizational skills - Ability to manage, motivate and coach direct reportsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong technical insurance knowledge. - Results oriented - Willingness to travel within the US and Internationally - Ability to prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines, and be flexible with schedule.
